Does trampoline come with a ladder and enclosure?
Absolutely, we do not consider a safety ladder or safety enclosure for a trampoline an added extra. It's all included in the price.

What's the difference between Spring and Springless Trampoline?
Instead of the hard springs under the safety pad, for added fall protection, the springs have been replaced by wide, thick and strong bands. Resulting in an extra soft surface under the pad.  Our Springless Trampoline is also powder coated, the Spring Trampoline is galvanised.  Customer feedback is that both of the trampolines are just a jumpy.

What is the warranty on our trampolines?
We offer a 3 year warranty on the trampoline frame and a 1 year warranty on the trampoline enclosure, trampoline pad and trampoline mat. CLICK HERE to read full warranty and terms.

What trampoline size should I buy?
We say that you should buy the biggest size that your budget can afford.  And of course, what you can fit into your yard.  You need to consider how many children you have and that they are only growing rapidly by the minute.  Your trampoline purchase is a long term investment and the size needs to take into account how many kids you have, then add a couple more friends.  Ask yourself, will you be able to relax and watch them jump safely with the size you want to buy.
